Telehealth
How much does a telehealth visit cost?
$39 flat per visit. No insurance billing, no surprise fees. Pharmacy and lab costs are paid directly to those vendors.
Who will I see during my telehealth visit?
Jenna Peters, FNP-C — the same Tennessee-licensed nurse practitioner every visit. No rotating call-center providers.
What states is HHYC telehealth available in?
Tennessee residents, ages 12 and up.
What does telehealth treat?
Common, non-urgent conditions: cold/flu, sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, seasonal allergies and prescription refills.
Do you prescribe controlled substances via telehealth?
No. We do not prescribe controlled substances, narcotics, or pain medication via telehealth. For those needs, see your in-person primary care provider.
What if I have an emergency?
Do not use telehealth for emergencies. Dial 911 or go to your nearest ER.
Does GLP-1 weight management work via telehealth?
Yes. Our GLP-1 program runs entirely via telehealth for Tennessee residents — initial $39 Annual Health Exam, monthly follow-up visits, medication filled at your pharmacy. See /telehealth/glp-1/ for the full program.
How fast can I be seen?
Available 24/7 — most visits immediate or same-day; you can also schedule for later. Book online and pick your slot.
Getting Started
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We operate exclusively by appointment—no walk-ins. Book online 24/7.
What's required for new clients?
New clients begin with a $39 New Patient Annual Health Exam, which includes your Annual Health Exam. This can be completed at any location or via mobile. Once on file, it remains valid for one year.

Where are you located?
Our clinic is in Oak Ridge at Ascension Wellness and Yoga, 110 Randolph Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. We also offer mobile service throughout the greater Knoxville area and telehealth for Tennessee residents.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Our clinic is open to all clients—no membership required.
IV Hydration
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes. All IVs are administered by licensed RNs using sterile technique and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe minimal discomfort—similar to a standard blood draw. Our nurses are known for their gentle technique.
How long does an IV take?
Most drips take 30-60 minutes. NAD+ takes 2-4 hours.
Aesthetic Services
How is Botox priced?
$10 per unit. Typical treatments range from 20-60 units depending on treatment area.
Will I look frozen?
Not with proper technique. Our goal is subtle refinement—you'll look refreshed, not frozen.
Where are aesthetic services performed?
Botox is available at our Oak Ridge location (Ascension Wellness and Yoga, 110 Randolph Road).
Weight Management
Do I need to come in person for GLP-1?
No. Annual Health Exams are conducted via telehealth for Tennessee residents. Medication ships to your home.
Is telehealth only for Tennessee residents?
Yes, due to medical licensing requirements.
Mobile Service
What services are available via mobile?
IV hydration and vitamin injections are available via mobile. Aesthetic services (Botox, fillers, microneedling) are available at our clinic locations only.
What's the travel fee?
$40 per visit (not per person for groups).

Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. HSA/FSA funds are typically accepted.
